1. How much do you charge for delivery?
Deliveries to UK addresses are free for all orders over £10.00. You can opt for
first class or recorded delivery at an extra cost if you wish; just select the
appropriate option when you check out. For orders under £10.00, a nominal fee
of £1.00 is charged to cover postage costs.

For customers outside of the UK, there will be a delivery charge, which varies
depending on the weight of the parcel and the destination country. During the
check out process, the correct postage charge for your order will automatically
be applied. These charges are:

2. How long will delivery take?
Deliveries to UK addresses are sent by Royal Mail second class post (unless you
select a different option during check out) and usually take three to five working
days to arrive. Sometimes this time can be longer - especially at traditionally
busy times of the year such as Christmas.

Delivery times to addresses outside the UK can vary depending on the
destination country. Parcels are usually sent by Royal Mail Airmail service and
delivery can take up to ten working days.

3. When will my order be despatched?
Orders received before mid-day (UK time) Monday to Friday, are generally
despatched the same day. If received after mid-day or on a non-working day,
the order will be despatched the next working day.

4. Tell me about the Health Plus guarantee.
In addition to your statutory rights, in case of complaint or dissatisfaction,
Health + Plus Ltd will undertake to refund the purchase price of any of our
products.

5. What do I do if there's a problem with my order?
We always strive to make sure that ordering from Health Plus is 100% trouble-
free. However, because we're only human sometimes mistakes do happen. If
there is anything wrong with your order, please report it to us (within three
working days of receipt) by telephone to 01323 872277 (+44 1323 872277), by

services@healthplus.co.uk. We will take immediate action to rectify the problem.

6. Tell me more about your pricing.
Prices quoted on this website are the prevailing prices for Health Plus products.
They include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 17.5% on all orders
sent to UK or EC addresses. VAT is not chargeable on deliveries to non-EC
addresses.

The only prices valid on this website are those given in pounds sterling. Prices
are given in Euros (€) and US dollars ($) during the check out process as a
guide only and may not represent a correct indication of the final price you will
pay in those currencies, if they are valid for your location. Exchange rates vary
on an hourly basis and you will be charged at the rate prevailing at the time of

7. How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order in two ways:

Select the "Pay by Cheque" option during the check out process to send us a
cheque or postal order for your goods. (Overseas customers please be aware
that we can only accept cheques drawn in pounds sterling). As soon as we
receive your payment, your order will be despatched.

Select the "Pay by Credit / Debit card" option during the check out process to
use your card. Credit card transactions are not processed online, so this site
does not use PayPal or other online card authorisation services of that type.

All data is entered on a secure server and is encrypted for your security. When
paying by credit card, this information is not transmitted over the internet or by
email; it stays in its encrypted form on the secure server for a short period until
collected by authorised members of the Health + Plus Ltd staff. All access to this
information is password protected.

8. Which credit and debit cards do you accept?
We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Electron, Maestro and Solo (the
symbols that you will see on various pages throughout the website). We cannot,
however, accept American Express, Diners or chargecards of that type.

9. Do you offer any discounts?
All of our products are already competitively priced to offer you excellent value
for money, but from time to time we will make special offers and discounts
available. Keep checking back to the website to see what the latest deals are, or
look out for the latest offers through your letterbox.

10. I have a promotional code - how do I use it to order online?
Some of our special offers will require a Promo Code to be entered during check
out. Due to the limitations of the shopping cart system, not all of these Promo
Codes will automatically update the total shown. If the total does not change
when you enter your Promo Code, please re-enter it in the space provided at
the bottom of the screen and please be assured that the cost of your order will
be adjusted when we process your order. You will be given all deductions, etc,
that your Promo Code qualifies you for.

11. What information do you collect as I use your website?
Online orders require the use of cookies on your computer to keep track of your
information during the ordering and checkout process. You can also opt to
create a cookie that will enable your details to be remembered on subsequent
visits to the website. The only information that is gathered is that which is
required to successfully complete your transaction and this information will be
used only by Health Plus; it will not be passed to any third-party companies. You
may receive marketing emails from time-to-time, to inform you of special offers
and new products that you may find interesting, but you may opt not to receive
