An enlarged prostate is actually more common than you may think, with over half of men aged 50+ having some form of enlargement, but this is not necessarily dangerous.

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) is a non-malignant enlargement of the prostate gland and very often only results in a need to urinate more frequently. If left untreated, though, it can lead to urinary tract infection, resulting in some prostatitis.

The risk of BHP can be reduced significantly by doing more gentle exercise and by using supplements like Saw Palmetto and Lycopene.
