Pricing
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and all transactions will take place in that currency. An approximate euro equivalent is also shown for guidance only. If your local currency is euros, you may pay more or less than the amount shown depending on the prevailing exchange rate. This website uses xe.com to calculate euro prices and makes no guarantees that the information supplied is accurate.

Product prices do not include postage and packing, which may be payable in certain circumstances. Please see the Payment & Delivery page for more details.

Pricing for deliveries outside the UK
Now that the UK has left the EU, we do not charge UK VAT on deliveries being made outside of the UK. It should be noted, though, that due to current agreements that are in place, customers outside of the UK may be liable for import duties, taxes or other charges before they can take delivery of their order.

These charges (if applicable) may vary from country to country and with the value of the goods being shipped. All such charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the goods.

Orders
Please provide a valid email address when placing your order, as this is the primary method of contact for keeping you informed of order progress, settling queries, etc. Orders without a valid email address may be refused.

We reserve the right to refuse orders that we feel have been made in an attempt to fraudulently obtain goods or services, or where we are not happy that the person placing the order has the legal right to use the credit / debit card details they have given.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend your order as necessary until your credit / debit card has been charged for payment.

Payment will not be taken from your credit / debit card until goods are ready to be despatched.

The contract of sale between us is complete when goods have been despatched to you.

Special offers
All special offers and promotions on this website are time-limited and may require a qualifying purchase or spend level before they can be applied to your order. All such criteria will be made clear on the website.

We reserve the right to withdraw, extend, shorten or otherwise change special offers and promotional campaigns without notification.

The Health Plus Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with the service or products that you have received please email our Customer Service department (services@healthplus.co.uk), giving as much detail as possible, so that we can rectify the matter.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations, you have seven days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel your order. Should you wish to do so, please email services@healthplus.co.uk or write to Health + Plus Ltd, Dolphin House, 27 Cradle Hill Ind Est, Seaford, East Sussex, BN25 3JE. Please note that under the terms of the DSR, cancellation by phone is not sufficient. Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will advise you of a Returns Authorisation Number.

Please note that, where there is no fault with the goods or services that you have received, Health + Plus Ltd does not guarantee to re-imburse return postage. We will, however, refund all costs related to the cancelled item, including any delivery charge that we have made.

Legislation
Products sold by Health + Plus Ltd are compliant with the statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the UK. Such requirements may differ outside the UK and Health + Plus Ltd cannot be held responsible should any of our products not comply with the laws of your country.
